We absolutely LOVE this store! The people are outstanding, courteous, kind, helpful! If we have questions about our pet, we know without a doubt we can call them and they can suggest, places, businesses, even a food. Our grand doggy ate chocolate yesterday and became violently ill. I called them and right away they knew where to send us; even options of other emergent animal care. They have our business and they have our loyalty! We are transplants from Alabama- the Huntsville and Madison Hollywood Feed are the same way!

Staff was more than helpful. Both of the staff were so friendly. Sarah mainly helped me with my doodle puppy, who had been in bordering facility for the last five days without being brushed. She recommended a couple of detangling tools and shampoo. She was so patient and passionate about helping me and my doodle. She took the time to show me how/what to do by brushing and cutting out some of the matting with the recommended detangling tools. Excellent experience and will be a customer for life due to this experience! Thank you!

The workers are so professional and eager to assist with anything my dog or I need. The store is soooooo clean and the bathing station is world class, almost like a spa for my pup. Ranger loves the wide variety of delicious treats they have on hand.

Hands down the best place in town for all your pets needs! One of my favorite things about this place is the staff, everyone is so kind and helpful. I highly recommend checking out their new doggy wash station. I went for the first time today with my dog and it was a 12/10 experience! Under $20 to use the station which includes shampoo/ conditioner, wet brushes, dog treats, an apron so you don’t get too wet as you bathe your dog, towels, access to the blower. Most importantly the staff sanitizes the station after each use. After the 12th bath purchase you also get some sort of discount towards the next one. Also it’s really nicely decorated on the inside, it makes it feel like cute dog spa. I was able to cover all the things I needed for my dog including a bath, food, a leash and some training treats. The staff also helped load my large bag of food into my car , just makes you feel like family. Thank you to everyone at Hollywood Feed in Augusta, you all rock!
